Reveille is the name of Texas A&M's mascot and our Reveille is named in her honor:
Reveille, the first lady of Aggieland, is the official mascot of Texas A&M University. She is the highest ranking member of the Corps of Cadets, and she is a Five-Star General.
Reveille is the most revered dog on campus. Company E-2 has the privilege of taking care of Reveille. If she is sleeping on a cadet's bed, that cadet must sleep on the floor. Cadets address Reveille as "Miss Rev, ma'am." If she is in class and barks while the professor is teaching, the class is to be immediately dismissed.
Reveille is a highly cherished mascot and receives only the best.
Our Reveille is a reflection of the best: Her sire and grand sire PNA Poseidon's Isaac and Caligula's Accoyo Poseidon possess some of the densest, most uniform fleeces. So does Reveille. Her conformation and bite are reflections of the quality of her pedigree.
Her fleece is bright, fine with a soft handle. She has many elite fleece qualities with bundling,high amplitude, high frequency crimp and extreme density and fineness. We bred her to Snowmass Touche' who just sheared 9.4# of 19 micron fleece at 4.5 years and she delivered a spectacular young male who we are very excited about! We have named him Rebel, after the name of the Company that is responsible for Reveille at Texas A&M. We have repeated that breeding for a repeat performance.
